You cannot cancel your order from Kotak Mobile Banking Application. To cancel order, please follow the below steps:
1. Download Bigbasket Application on your mobile from google playstore
2. Login to your Bigbasket Account
3. Click on Burger Menu [=] on top left corner and select "My Account" and then "My Orders"
4. Select the order you wish to cancel
5. Click on burger menu on top right corner and click on "Cancel Order"
Your order will be cancelled and the refund will be initiated by Bigbasket.
