My Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking got debited but I have not received the order confirmation

In case your Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking was debited even though the transaction failed, you will receive the refund within 3-5 business days from Bigbasket.

However, to get the exact status of your order, please raise a request with Bigbasket by following the below steps:                                                   

1. Login to Kotak Mobile Banking App

2. Click on Bigbasket icon under KayMall Section

3. Login to your Bigbasket account

4. Click on Burger Menu [=] on top left corner and select "Customer Service"

5. Click on "I want to contact customer service"

6. Click on "Call Us"
