You can check the status of your refund or raise a refund/return request using the following steps:
1. Login to Kotak Mobile Banking App
2. Click on Amazon icon under KayMall Section
3. Login to your Amazon Account
4. Click on Burger Menu [=] on top left corner and select "Customer Service"
5. Select "Returns and Refunds"
6. Select the order you wish to return for and confirm
