"You can cancel your order by following the below steps:

1. Login to Kotak Mobile Banking App
2. Click on Amazon icon under KayMall Section
3. Login to your Amazon Account
4. Click on Burger Menu [=] on top left corner and select ""Your Orders"" 
5. Select the order you wish to cancel                                                                        
6. Click on ""Request Cancellation"" and click on ""Save""                                           

 

Your order will be cancelled and the refund will be initiated by Amazon."
