In case your Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking got debited but the transaction has failed, you will recieve the refund within 3-5 business days from Amazon.
However, to get the exact status of your order, please raise a request with Amazon by following the below steps:
1. Login to Kotak Mobile Banking App
2. Click on Amazon icon under KayMall Section
3. Login to your Amazon account
4. Click on Burger Menu[=] on top left corner and select "Customer Service"
5. Click on "Contact us"
6. Click on "Have us call you"
7. Select the order for which you need help
8. Select "Payment Failed" option
9. Under that, select "Payment Failed but money has been deducted"
