You can cancel your order by following below steps:
- Login to Kotak Mobile Banking App
- Click on Tata1mg icon under KayMall Section
- Login to your Tata1mg Account
- Click on Burger icon [=] on top left corner and select "My Orders"
- Select the order you wish to cancel
- Click on "Cancel Order"
- Select reason for cancellation and click on "Submit"
Your order will be cancelled and the refund will be initiated by Tata1mg."
