Due to issue at my operator, I am not able to send Secure SMS, how do I activate Kotak Mobile Banking App on.

If you are unable to activate Kotak App on your phone by sending secure SMS, please use ‘Activate through branch or phone banking’ option. Below are the steps:

  • On Registration screen, please select ‘No I don’t have my registered SIM in this phone’
  • On next screen, select ‘Activate through branch or phone banking’
  • Enter your CRN & MPIN and submit
  • Now you need to either go to the nearest Kotak branch or call our customer contact centre and ask to activate your device
