Yes. If you are a registered Net Banking customer you may register/ modify using the 'Service Requests' option within the 'Banking' tab post logging on to Net Banking.
Or, you can request for Payment Gateway revocation by giving a written request to the Bank. Simply drop your request either in the Document Drop Boxes at our Branches or ATM lobbies. Alternatively you may mail it to us at Customer Contact Centre, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd., Post Box Number 16344, Mumbai 400013.
You may also advise us via our secure mail facility by logging in to Kotak Mahindra Bank Net Banking and clicking on the Inbox link on the top right hand corner of the screen.

Please ensure your Request clearly states your Customer Relationship Number and which option you are requesting for. In case of account level access removal please ensure you have clearly stated your required account no(s). Your Request will be processed within 3 working days of receipt of your request.
Your Net Banking Access will be locked for 24 hours after 3 consecutive wrong attempts.
You can use your Mobile Banking PIN (MPIN).to login.
You can transact upto Rs.10,00,000 using payment gateway netbanking. However, different limits may apply to certain category of transactions.
