Can I change the seeded account with another account under my CRN?

Yes, you can change the seeded account if you have multiple accounts under your CRN.

You need to click on Update button for Aadhaar request and change the seeded account from the Select Account Number dropdown.

What is a primary CRN?

The administrator of the Mobile Banking app in a device is termed as "Primary CRN". By default, the first CRN (Customer Relationship Number) added on the device will become the primary CRN. You can change the admin (primary CRN) in Settings.

 

Please note: Push Notifications and the ability to view My Kotak without logging in is available only for Primary CRN.

I have already updated my Aadhaar Number through Net Banking / Mobile Banking. Can I update my Aadhaar Number again?

Aadhaar Number Update through any online channel like Net Banking or Mobile Banking can be done only once.
