8	Last 12 months bank statement of all accounts.
9	Latest Sanction letter in takeover cases and track record of loan being taken over.
10	ITR of parties to the agreement for last 2 years with Computation Of Income.
11	Udyam Registration Certificate
12	Cheque for Valuation and Title Search Charges

ITR Based Loan
