Your new FASTag prepaid wallet account will need to be recharged periodically to make e-toll payments. Just like any other e-payment wallet, you will be able to perform a FASTag wallet recharge in a few simple steps. And if you’ve used e-payment solutions frequently, this will be a cake walk.
Once you have successfully completed the process of the Kotak FASTag registration, you will receive an User ID and Password (PIN) via both, email & SMS. You can make use of these FASTag login credentials to access your account virtually through the customer portal - https://fastag.kotak.com/. You can alternatively also use your mobile number in place of your User ID & generate an OTP to login easily. First time users will be prompted to change their Login password (PIN) which has been provided by Kotak and create their own.
Use the PIN (that you have received through email) as old password (PIN) to generate your new password (PIN).
Once you are logged in to the customer portal, you will see an overview of your Kotak FASTag wallet account online. Apart from personal details & the available balance, you will also see information on all FASTag’s registered to your name on the dashboard. Using the customer portal is much like using your Net Banking interface with any bank. You will find every actionable item within sight & clicking on a particular section will provide you with more options.

One thing to keep in mind is that, when you recharge your Kotak FASTag wallet, the updated balance can be utilised by any FASTags linked with the wallet. For e.g. If you own two cars and have Kotak FASTag for each, both of them will be able to utilise the available wallet balance.
