How to Transact Online Securely

More

One Time Password (OTP)

Secure every transaction with a One Time Password (OTP). This is a unique password sent to your registered mobile number and e-mail ID every time you make an online purchase. You don’t have to remember password for online transaction each time. OTP (Six digit dynamic password will be send on your bank registered mobile number and E-mailer, each time you opt for OTP during online shopping.)

How OTP helps:

No need for a lengthy card registration or password reset process
No need to remember multiple passwords
Generates a new password for every online purchase

Get started with OTP:

Go to the online merchant page and enter your Card details
Click on 'Generate an OTP' option
A 6-digit OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number/e-mail ID
Enter the OTP in the space provided

How to Transact Online Securely

You can now shop online securely with a Kotak Credit Card by following below steps:

Visit the online portal from where you wish to shop
Select the preferred product/service you would like to purchase and 'Add to cart'
Click on 'Proceed to checkout’ option
Fill in the required registration details and, on the payment option page/tab, click on 'Credit Card'
- Enter your 16 digit Kotak Credit Card number
- Your Name as it appears on Kotak Credit Card
- Expiry month & year as mentioned on the Kotak Credit Card
- 3-digit CVV number as mentioned at the back of your Card
- Click on Pay/Confirm/Proceed tab
You will be directed to the Payment Gateway page, where you need to authenticate your transactions using a one time password sent on your registered mobile number
