Payment done via IMPS is Instant, NEFT would take up to 3 working days and Non- Kotak Cheque payment would take 5 working days to reflect in your credit card account. To view TAT for other methods of payment, please Click here
In case, payment is still not reflecting on your credit card account post the above stipulated time, kindly provide us with a clear scanned copy of the bank statement reflecting the debit entries of the payment made towards your credit card. Below details should be available in your statement:
- Name of the customer
- Bank Name
- Account number
- IFSC code
- Debit entries of the amount
