Kindly refer the following steps to surrender your FASTag:
1) Login FASTag portal - https://fastag.kotak.com with your User Id - registered mobile number and password.
2) Click ""Tag Closure"" in left menu and Select: Single / Multiple / All Tag Closure option.
3) Enter Account Number and Upload image of personalised cancelled cheque.
4) In case, All tag closure option is selected security deposit and wallet balance (in case available) will be refunded in account number provided by customer.
5) TAT for processing the request : 8 days.
In case, you are unable to close the tag online or in case of demise of Tag holder, kindly send the cancellation request from the registered email-id to [email protected].
Attach dully filled and signed FASTag Maintenance Form, ID proof, personalised cancelled cheque copy and Death Certificate (in deceased case).
