Download the app from Apple Appstore/Google Play Store
Select ‘Click Here to Log in’
On the registration screens select ‘No, I don’t have my registered SIM in this phone’
Tap on ‘Activate from another device’
Enter your CRN & MPIN.
A QR code will be generated on the screen
Now open Kotak Mobile Banking app on already activated device (your original app/phone) and click on the top left burger menu and select Device Management
You will see a pending request. Please accept the pending request for a new device by clicking on Approve.
You will get a confirmation pop up screen in 9 different languages including Hindi & English. Once you select confirm, your mobile camera opens automatically. With the help of this camera please scan the QR code which is displayed on your new device
Once the QR code is scanned, the new device is activated
