For claiming the funds (activating the account/closure of account), below are the indicative list of documents required to be submitted at any of our branches:

Latest valid KYC documents & Photograph of each holder/signatory. Please carry the originals for verification when you visit the branch.
Original Term Deposit Receipt / Demand Draft (if applicable)
Branch official will assist with required forms for continuation / closure of the account during in person branch visit. If depositor is not able to visit branch, please contact nearest branch for assistance.
