• This Offer has been extended by Kotak Mahindra Bank (“Bank”) to those of its 811 account holders (“Customers”) who have received communication/mailer regarding the same from the Bank via SMS and/or Push Notification and / or Facebook Banner and / or Interact Banner
• The Offer is valid from 1-Oct-2019  to 31-Oct-2019 (“Offer Period”)
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of Kotak Mahindra Bank.
• The Gift voucher is ONLY applicable on Minimum Transaction value as communicated to the customer from their Kotak 811 Bank account.

• The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by the Participating Merchants and their agents or representatives and the Customer hereby understands, acknowledges and agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses, claims (whether direct or indirect), actions or demands suffered by the Customer in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer.
• Disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.

• Above prices are valid till May 31, 2020.
• Prices are quoted per person on a twin-sharing basis.
• Standard international check in time is 1500hrs and check out time is 1000hrs.
• Surcharges applicable for transfers between 2000hrs and 0800hrs.
• Above price are not valid for travel During Blackout dates.
• There is no refund for any non-utilization of any services
• It is advisable for all clients to have Overseas Travel Insurance for the entire travel duration of your holiday.
• At this point of time no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability
• Request for early hotel check in or late checkout is to the discretion of the hotel unless pre-booked and pre-paid in advance.
• Any increase in airfare, air taxes, YQ tax and visa charges will be charged extra.
• Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without any prior notice depending on travel dates and availability.
• Passports should be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of travel
• PAN card copies are required to book the tour.

Terms and Conditions for Amazon Gift voucher:

• The eligible 811 customer will receive the Amazon voucher on the successful debit transaction as mentioned in the offer communication.
• This Gift Card is issued by Qwikcilver Solutions (“Qwikcilver”). Qwikcilver is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is the issuer of Gift Cards.
• The last date to redeem the Voucher is mentioned in the mailer
• This Gift Card is redeemable for e-gift cards for the brands on https://kotak.woohoo.in/ ONLY
• The Gift Card balance will not be redeemed for cash.
• Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Woohoo Gift Card or Woohoo e-gift Card.
