● Log into the Kotak Mobile Banking App
● Select 'BHIM UPI' under the 'Pay & Transfer' section and tap on 'Send Money’
● Enter the UPI ID of the receiver, amount and tap on ‘Submit’
● Confirm the details and voila! Your payment is made
● To request money, select 'Receive Money’
● Enter the UPI ID of the sender. Submit and confirm the details
