Avail the EMI option using your Kotak POS machine

Give your customers an option to convert their payments to EMIs easily through Kotak POS machines.

1. Login to the Kotak Banking App with merchant user credentials

2. Click on 'Payment' tab, followed by the 'EMI' tab

3. Enter the amount to convert into EMI, after which, you need to enter the customer mobile number for e-charge slip. Tap on charge

4. Insert their card and wait for the transaction to be processed

5. Select the EMI scheme and tenure and proceed

6. Ask the customer to enter the PIN and sign on the customer signature screen. And you are done!
