TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I/We agree that the loan offer approved is indicative and subject to change. The final offer will be at the sole discretion of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.
I/We agree to give consent for creation of my application by Kotak Mahindra Bank towards my enquiry for the above mentioned product/offer
I/We confirm that the funds shall not be used for speculative or antisocial purpose.
I/We authorize Kotak Bank to make any enquiries regarding my application.
I/We authorize Kotak Bank to make any enquiries with any other finance company/bank/registered credit bureau regarding my credit history with them & also authorize Kotak Bank to provide details of my credit history to any other bank/finance company/registered credit bureau.
Loan processing fees maximum 2.5 %+GST of loan amount.
Cheque bounce charges: Rs.750+GST per instrument per instance.
There will be a lock-in period of 12 months.
Credit Administration Charges up-to Rs.7500/-.
Loan cancellation charges: Rs.2500/- per agreement within 60 days.
A GST will be levied, as per the State Government regulations.
Swap charges: Rs.500+GST per swap per instance.
Kotak Mahindra Bank is authorized to levy other charges as per policy.
Other charges as applicable.
I agree and acknowledge that only direct telephone numbers (not board / general telephone numbers of offices / corporates / employers) will be accepted for registration of "Do Not Call". I am aware that post application, I / We may receive a call from the Bank to verify the correctness of the request for application.
