How to login to your 811 account? 

Hey there! Here is a quick guide to reset MPIN for 811 login account. 811 is a completely paperless digital account & MPIN (Mobile Personal Identification Number) is an extremely important tool that allows you to go ahead and enjoy banking the digital way with Kotak 811 Account. 

To login to Kotak 811 account, you need the following

  • CRN
  • MPIN
     

What is CRN: Customer Relationship Number – We use it as primary identifier. 


What to do if you forgot CRN:
SMS CRN to 5676788 from registered mobile number to get CRN. 


What to do if you have forgotten/ never saved MPIN (reset MPIN):
SMS MPIN to 5676788 from registered mobile number to set MPIN. We will send you a link that’s valid for 30 minutes only. This link will help you reset MPIN. 

 

Easy steps to reset MPIN for 811 Limited KYC & Lite customers:

  • SMS MPIN to 5676788 from registered mobile number
  • Enter DOB, Mother’s Maiden Name & PAN number (Please enter details as per account opening documents)
  • Once you click on Submit, you will receive a 6 digit OTP on registered mobile number
  • Enter the 6 digit OTP
  • Enter 6 digit MPIN and confirm
  • MPIN has been set successfully


Have a Physical Debit Card? Then use the below steps to reset MPIN

  • Go to Kotak Mobile Banking App > Click on ‘Forgot MPIN’
  • Enter Debit Card details- Debit Card Number, Expiry Date, CVV, Card PIN
  • Set a 6 digit MPIN and confirm
  • MPIN has been set successfully


Remember Net banking password? Then use the below steps to reset MPIN

  • Go to Kotak Mobile Banking App > Click on ‘Forgot MPIN’
  • Click on ‘Net banking’
  • Enter Net Banking password
  • Set a 6 digit MPIN and confirm
  • MPIN has been set successfully
