To get the full benefit of your Fixed Deposit, it's always better to allow it to complete the term. But if you need to request Fixed Deposit closure / Premature withdrawal*, this is what needs to be done:
1. On Net Banking
a) Login to Net Banking
b) Go to Investment > Deposit
c) Select Premature Withdrawal of Deposit (Amount will be credited your account instantly).
2. You can also place a request at the nearest Kotak Branch. (Amount will credited your account within 24-48 hours).
