You may walk into our nearest Kotak Retail Asset Branch from Monday to Friday between 10 am to 5 pm with a request letter signed by the borrower for rate reduction (if eligible)
Our service officer will be glad to assist you to process your rate reduction offer (if eligible). They will send you the required rate reduction letter and documentation which needs to be signed by the borrower.
