Please note:

1. Gold loan can be sanctioned in 90 to 120 mins approx. in general from end to end, if KYC and 3 colour photos are available. There could be delay, if the customer has to get the KYC documents, photos, etc.

2. Opening of a savings bank account may take some time, if new to the bank.

3. Valuation of gold will be done by empaneled assayer, who would arrive at the branch on call within 15 min, once pricing is arrived for the deal.

4. Customer has to be present till the gold packet is sealed in the presence of Assayer and branch officials.
