To cancel loans availed at retail outlet through Kotak Debit Card EMI, connect with merchant to get the cancellation confirmation. Send it to us at [email protected] to initiate cancellation process.
Loans availed at e-commerce websites can be cancelled within 30 days of purchasing, subject to the merchant acknowledging the cancellation and initiating the cancellation process on the system, as mutually agreed between the bank and the merchant/service provider.
Once the product is cancelled please do collect confirmation mail along with Refund reference number (RRN) from merchant and mail the details to [email protected] and wait for 7 working days.
