Dear Customer,

Please do these basic checks as mentioned below

1. SMS DCEMI Last 4 digits of Kotak Debit Card Number or CDL Your PAN Number to 5676788, make sure you have sufficient limit before proceeding with the transaction

2. Make sure Minimum purchase amount is Rs. 5,000/- for online and 8000/- offline for DC EMI transactions

3. Open Kotak app > click on Service Request > select Debit/spendz Card > select card controls > under this activate *POS* and *ECOM*
