How to cancel the loan, though the product is not booked and loan sanction letter has been released?
Cancellation of loans availed at retail outlet through KOTAK Card DCEMI is not permitted. However, loan availed at e-commerce websites can be cancelled within 30 days of purchasing, subject to the merchant acknowledging the cancellation and initiating the cancellation process on the system, as mutually agreed between the bank and the merchant/ service provider.
