How do I update / change my ECS mandate / repayment mode with Kotak Consumer Finance?
In case you need to make changes to your banking details, please visit store from where loan was availed and submit a NACH (National Automated Clearing House) mandate form + cancelled / 1 PDC (Post dated cheque) cheque of the new account bank from where you want your future EMI to be debited.
