The credit to the beneficiary account is released solely based on the account number mentioned by remitter at the time of initiating the transaction.  It is the responsibility of the remitting customer to provide the correct account number of the beneficiary, in the NEFT remittance instruction/application

We will try our best to see what we can do however recovery is solely dependent on response from beneficiary bank.  We will do the necessary follow up with the Beneficiary Bank . The beneficiary bank will contact their customer and only after getting the debit consent they will return the funds ( subject to the availability of funds( assuming that funds to that extent have not been withdrawn by  that customer)

  • Date of Transaction
  • Transaction Amount
  • 16 digit  UTR Number 
  • Beneficiary Bank Name
  • Intended beneficiary name
