I am seeing multiple new device activation requests under ‘Device management’ option; is it an error?

Please ensure you are approving the requests which are initiated by you. If you see any requests which is not initiated by you, please use ‘Reject’ or ‘Reject & Block’ option.

In case of ‘Reject & Block’; the blocked device can’t be used to activate Kotak Mobile Banking App & Devcie owner will have to contact branch to get it unblocked.
