I am unable to scan the QR code as Camera is not being invoked from my already activated phone; what should I do?

Camera permission is mandatory for scanning the QR code and you have disabled the permission. Please allow the permission using below process on your device:

  • Android: Please visit Settings > Apps> Kotak Bank > Permissions
  • iOS: Please visit Settings > Kotak Bank > Permissions
