1. If your latest address is not updated in the credit card records or if your current registered address is incomplete or incorrect, please visit your nearest branch with relevant documents and update your address.
2. Once your address is correctly updated in the bank's records, please place a request to re-dispatch your credit card by calling our 24X7 helpline number at 1860 266 2666 (standard call charges apply).
Please Note: If you wish to change your correspondence address only for credit card records or / and if you hold only credit card (not bank account) with us, so you can place a address change request by calling our customer care number also.
