Please do following checks:

  • On Net banking, under Profile section, please check if your correspondence address registered with us is same as your current address. 
  • Please track the package on the courier company website using AWB number sent your registered mobile number.
  • You can also regenerate your Credit Card PIN by following simple steps:

On Net Banking

  1. Login to Net Banking 
  2. Go to Credit Card > Service Request 
  3. Instant PIN Generation

On Mobile Banking 

  1. Login to Mobile Banking 
  2. Go to Credit Card > Credit Card Service Requests 
  3. Instantly Generate PIN
    Or you can generate physical PIN by sending SMS CCPIN to 5676788 or 9971056767.
    The same will be processed in 7 working days and sent to your registered mail address.

Please Note:

  • PIN can be generated for active cards only.
  • If the card is temporarily blocked, then you will need to unblock the card to initiate regeneration of PIN.
  • PIN cannot be regenerated for Credit Cards that are permanently blocked.
