The TAT for cancellation of Credit card & release of FD to the customers is 4 working days.

The customer can surrender/cancel the credit card by submitting a written application at branch or calling the Customer contact centre.

The customer can either request for:

811 #DreamDifferent Credit Card cancellation, lien on FD to be removed & liquidation of FD
811 #DreamDifferent card cancellation, lien on FD to be removed & FD to be continued.
