Whom should I contact if my forex card is lost or stolen?

In case of loss of card please report the loss immediately by:

Calling our Customer Contact Centre at 1860 266 2666 or

Log on to the online travel web log-in on www.kotak.com and hot-list your Forex Card

You will not be liable for transactions on your card account (if any) from the moment your loss report is registered with the bank and your card is hot-listed.
