You can recharge your FASTag account with help of the following steps :
Method 1:
1. Visit www.kotak.com/fastag and click on Portal Login
2. Select Recharge Option
3. Click on Add money
4. Enter Amount required to be loaded in Wallet and Click on Submit
5. And select the Payment Method.
For successful transaction amount will be immediately reflected in the wallet and SMS alert will be triggered.
Method 2:
You my use any UPI app like BHIM for loading your FASTag Wallet
1. Enter netc.[VehicleNO]@kotak in beneficiary address. Example : If your Vehicle number is MH01XXXXXX then your beneficiary address should be netc. MH01XXXXXX@kotak.
2. Enter the amount to be loaded.
3. Click on Pay or Submit.
For successful transaction amount will be immediately reflected in the wallet and SMS alert will be triggered. In case the amount is not loaded in please contact our Customer Care on 1800 300 69090.
