What if the Tag received is damaged how can I replace the tag?

You can submit a FASTag replacement request by following the steps below:

1. Login to the Kotak FASTag portal
2. Enter User ID - Registered Mobile Number and Password
3. Click On Complaint >> New complaint >> General Complaint >> Complaint >> Damaged/Missing Tag in courier packet received. Mention Reason for replacement.

OR

Send mail to [email protected] from your registered mail id for replacement of the FASTag.

OR

You may call our Customer Care Numbers to register the request.


Note - Your tag will be replaced within two working days. Your wallet balance will remain the same post replacement, the new tag will be linked to your existing wallet.
