If the vehicle is new & does not have registration certificate how can I apply for FASTag?
In case registration certificate is not issued, you can still get FASTag basis VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) also known as Chassis Number. You can mention the Chassis number and apply for FASTag. However within 90 days of registration you will have to submit the RC copy to the Bank to update the Vehicle Number in your records.
