My Debit Card transaction failed for online purchase

Please check the reasons below to avoid debit card transaction failures: 

  1. Card details entered are incorrect ( Card number, card expiry and CVV)
  2. Incorrect OTP / Incorrect VBV Verified by Visa password
  3. Make sure you have your registered Mobile number with you as OTP will be delivered on the registered number only
  4. Check your transactions to ensure you haven't crossed the daily online transaction limit of your debit card.
  5. Your Card is Temporarily blocked, please unblock it through below channels:
  • Net banking  
  • Mobile Banking
  • SMS <DCUNBLOCK xxxx (last four digit of your debit card number)> to 5676788 OR 9971056767 from your registered mobile number
