If you are a Kotak customer, we request to replace your card immediately.
Two ways to replace your card:
On Net Banking
• Select Debit card
• Select Apply for new card.
On Mobile Banking
• Go to Service Request -> Debit card Service requests
• Report loss of card
• Select Replacement Required checkbox
