Sorry you faced this issue. I request you to bear in mind that if for any reason, the payment has not reached the merchant, it will be reversed into your account within 18 days if payment is done by debit card else within 10days if payment is done by credit card from the date of transaction.

Do check with the merchant once again after 48 hours (two working days).
