Submit documents for query or complaint already raised

Use this option in case you have already connected with our branch or phone banking team and registered your query /complaint and are need to submit required documents so that we can resolve the issue

To submit documents as supporting for your query or complaint, please note below points:

  • Mention reference number if any for your query or complaint for which document needs to be submitted  
  • Mention your registered mobile number & email id while filling up the form 
  • Acceptable file type - pdf, doc, docx, ppt, xls, xlsx, jpeg, png
  • File size should be less than 5 MB including all documents
  • For sharing multiple documents, we recommend to use Net banking


Ways to submit documents :

Option 1 : Using Net banking 

  • Post Log in, click on the “Help” tab available at the top right corner of the page
  • Select “Inbox”
  • Select “Compose mail” 
  • Post selecting necessary details in all field , you may attach required documents and click “Send”

 

Option 2 : Using our Website or Mobile App

Click Here to submit document . Only one document can be submitted with each form.
