Sorry, KYC cannot be completed at an ATM. You can complete the Full KYC of your Kotak 811 Lite or Kotak 811 Limited KYC Account, by using the Biometric Aadhaar Authentication from the comfort of your home or office in less than 5 minutes. 

Simply book an appointment via the Kotak 811 App (Mobile Banking) by following the steps below: 

1. Log into the Kotak 811 App with your CRN & MPIN 

2. Tap on '811' 

3. Book an appointment.
