For UPI or IMPS Transaction, request you to please wait for 2 working days (including transaction date) as beneficiary bank may take time to settle the amount. In case amount is not reversed in your account or not received by beneficiary post 2 working day (including transaction date), then please contact us along with beneficiary bank statement to raise dispute
For transaction done through net banking on merchant website / mobile banking / bill pay, request you to please wait for 3 working days (including transaction date) and in case amount is not refunded in 3 working days (including transaction date) then please contact merchant. If still merchant confirms that amount is not received at their end, then please contact us with merchant confirmation to raise dispute
