If you are changing your job then there is a high probability that Kotak is an empanelled banker with the new organization for corporate salary relationship. Please check with the HR at your new organisation for same.

Kotak Bank is empanelled with new employer : Great ! Get your existing Kotak account linked in your HR system with new organisation so that you can receive monthly salary credit from your new emplyoer & you are all set to continue your existing Kotak account

Kotak Bank is not empanelled with new employer: Here what you need to note!

Your Kotak Bank corporate salary account will continue, however, if salary is not credited for 2 consecutive months and the Average monthly balance (AMB) is not maintained as per product variant, your account will attract non-maintenance charges.

To continue your Kotak bank account in the absense of salary credits & to avoid non-maintainance charges, we would recommend you to maintain AMB(Average monthly balance) as per the product variant or AMB of Rs 10,000 (whichever is lower)
