You can request for a physical debit card after completing your Video KYC. A physical debit card comes at a minimal annual fee of ₹299 p.a. (inclusive of taxes) which be debited from your Kotak811 account. Here are the steps that you can follow to apply for a physical debit card:

Log into the Kotak811 Mobile Banking App
Go to the ‘811’ section
Tap on ’Virtual Debit Card’
Select 'Apply Now' in physical debit card section
