Following are the steps to apply for RD/TD through Kotak811 Mobile Banking App:

Log in to the Kotak811 Mobile Banking App by entering your CRN and the MPIN
Go to the ‘Banking’ section inside the app
Tap on ‘Fixed/Recurring Deposits’
Select ‘Open Recurring Deposit’ or ‘Open Fixed Deposit’.

These features are available to customers who have verified their identity with us through FKYC. If you haven't done that yet, you can book an appointment with an Kotak811 officer or visit the nearest Kotak Mahindra branch

To book an appointment via the app,

Visit the Kotak811 section of the Kotak811 Mobile Banking App
Click on 'Verify your a/c'
Book an appointment
