My 811 lite Accounts completed 1year & FKYC is not done. My account is currently blocked. What should I do?

Hey, Kotak811 Lite account comes with a validity of 12 months. When you do not complete your Full KYC within 12 months from the date of account opening, your account is closed. Currently, your account is in freeze mode since Full KYC was not completed, and your account will be closed shortly.

In case your account balance is zero, your account is closed automatically when the account validity expires.

If your account holds a certain balance, your account will remain in freeze mode until this balance is used up. You can use this balance to make payments online. This balance, however, cannot be withdrawn as cash
