If you hold an Kotak811 Lite account, you cannot transfer money from your bank account to other account. However, lifting this restriction is easy. Simply complete your Full KYC and upgrade to a Full KYC Kotak811 a/c that comes with no restrictions.

If you hold an OTP account, you may have reached the permissible limit of transactions allowed from your account, which is why further transactions are being prohibited.

Other reasons behind the issue you are facing could be low or no account balance, incorrect details of payee, and account freeze. You may recheck the input details and try again.
