Please don’t worry. In case of a failed transaction, the full amount will be credited back into your source bank account within 7 to 10 working days. 

If it has already been over 10 days and the amount has not been credited back to the source account yet, please reach out to our phone banking officer on 1860 266 0811 from 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays)
